Dr. Main is a sports medicine fellowship trained, board certified orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in complex shoulder and knee problems. He has worked extensively with high performance athletes including the Chicago Fire Soccer Team, DePaul Blue Demon's Basketball Team, Six UFC (Ultimate Fighting) Veterans (as personal physicians), the United States Navy Seals and prominent Southeastern Wisconsin athletes and non-athletes.

His rotator cuff practice is one of the busiest in the state.
