Michael J. Slimack, D.O.

Dr. Slimack is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstruction and total joint replacement. Dr. Slimack also cares for general orthopaedic patients.

He completed his fellowship training at the University of Chicago - Bone and Joint Replacement Center. He received his medical degree from Midwestern University and his undergraduate degree from Yale University.
